Eligibility

• The 14-day period starts from the date of delivery or collection.
• The product must be returned in the same condition as received, without damage or excessive wear.
• Accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included.

Process

• Contact GearUp Motorcycles via phone or email within 14 days to initiate the return.
• We will provide instructions for returning the motorcycle or product.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or negligence.
• Any modifications made to the motorcycle or product.
• Shipping or transportation costs associated with the return (unless otherwise agreed).
