Terms & Conditions of Purchase

These Terms & Conditions of Purchase govern the acquisition of motorcycles, parts, accessories, or related services by GearUp Motorcycles from suppliers or third parties. By supplying goods or services to us, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

All purchase orders must be authorized in writing by GearUp Motorcycles. No goods or services should be supplied without a valid purchase order.

2. Prices & Payment

Prices must be agreed in advance and specified in the purchase order. Payments will be made according to the agreed terms after receipt of correctly issued invoices and goods/services in satisfactory condition.

3. Delivery

Goods and services must be delivered or performed on the date and to the location specified in the purchase order. Delays must be communicated immediately.

4. Quality & Compliance

All goods supplied must meet agreed specifications, be of satisfactory quality, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. GearUp Motorcycles reserves the right to reject non-compliant goods.

5. Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to GearUp Motorcycles upon delivery, unless otherwise stated. Ownership transfers only upon full payment for the goods.

6. Warranties

Suppliers warrant that all goods supplied are free from defects and fit for purpose. Any defective goods may be returned at the supplier’s cost.

7. Confidentiality

Suppliers must treat all information provided by GearUp Motorcycles as confidential and may not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.
