These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern the sale of motorcycles, accessories, and related services by GearUp Motorcycles. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by GearUp Motorcycles. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Prices

Prices are as listed on our website or in-store at the time of purchase. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GearUp Motorcycles reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Payment

Payment must be made in full or according to any agreed financing terms. Accepted payment methods will be clearly communicated during the purchase process.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. GearUp Motorcycles is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection.

5. Part Exchange

Part exchange bikes must be valued and accepted by GearUp Motorcycles. Outstanding finance on part exchange bikes will be handled by our team to ensure a smooth transaction.

6. Warranties & Liability

All motorcycles and products sold come with the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. GearUp Motorcycles is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Returns & Cancellations

Returns or cancellations are subject to our return policy and consumer rights. Please contact us immediately if you wish to return or cancel a purchase.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in England.
